Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and have the return delivered back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the tag attached. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@bringitback.co.uk with your order number and return reason.
You are responsible for returning the order back to us via a tracked and insured service. Alternatively, we can provide a prepaid shipping label for £6.00, which will be deducted from your total refund. Please note, we will not refund the original shipping cost. Exceptions to this may apply under certain circumstances.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@bringitback.co.uk.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not as described or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. However, we can accept exchanges to the same value.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the tag attached. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.
International Returns
Please note, we do not accept international returns outside of the European Union. For returns involving countries within the European Union the following conditions apply. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Please note, we will not refund original shipping cost. Further, if the order qualified for free shipping our shipping rate will be deducted from refund, assuming the revised order value drops below our qualifying criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure items are packaged and shipped responsibly. Customs information must be accurate, it must be clear goods are a return.
