Shipping policy
*IMPORTANT* - The team are currently on holiday and orders will not dispatch until May 4th/5th. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £25.00 to the UK, £100.00 to Europe, and £130.00 to anywhere else. We typically dispatch orders on the same or next working day. Estimated delivery times and rates are as follows:
UK: 1-2 Days (£6.00)
Europe: 5-14 Days (£20.00)
Rest of World: 3-17 Days (£30.00)
How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order has left our UK warehouse. A reference number will also be provided so you can track your shipment whilst it is on its way to you.
What Happens If I’m Not Home When My Order Is Delivered?
Our courier will typically make 3 attempts to deliver on consecutive business days. They will then leave a card to rearrange the delivery or you can arrange to collection your parcel from your local collection point.
Can Someone Else Sign For My Delivery?
Yes they can. But, we accept no responsibility if the signature received at the delivery address is not the intended recipient, and will consider this parcel correctly delivered.
Will I Have To Pay Customs & Import Charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Why Hasn’t My Order Arrived Yet?
International shipments can take longer than expected. Goods can be held up in customs or there can be delays during the handover from one country to another. If you are an international customer and your order hasn’t arrived after 14 working days from you receiving your dispatch email then please contact info@bringitback.co.uk and we will look into the issue further for you.

If you have been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty beyond what is shown in the pictures we will reimburse the cost of the return.
